About the role

As a salesperson at HusGuiden, the phone is your primary tool. You will work with new customer acquisition and have daily contact with Swedish service companies where you present and sell HusGuiden's services.

Our customer base is broad, which means varied and dynamic workdays. This requires your ability to quickly understand different customers' needs and adapt your dialogue accordingly. You are responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to closing.

You will receive thorough introduction and training, clear working methods, and support from engaged leaders who want to see you succeed and develop to your full potential.

You have a strong drive and a clear interest in sales. We would like you to:

• Have previous sales experience
• Have good phone skills
• Be goal-oriented, driven, and responsible
• Have the ability to identify patterns and understand customer needs
• Be motivated by achieving success and the opportunity for good commission
